I want to be specific about the moment this became a real choice. It was 1 AM on a Tuesday. 2. How is this different from the clinic machine my esthetician uses?

3. Do I need to speak Japanese to use it?

No. The device, the instructions, the timer app, and our email support are all in English.

4. How long is each session?

18 minutes. Once per session. Most cohort members do three to five sessions per week.
